Hi, I’m Kersten—certified personal trainer since 2014, certified nutrition coach since 2020, and your guide inside the Fit and Fueled Vault.
For the past 11 years, I’ve helped women get stronger, leaner, and healthier—first as a group fitness instructor and in-person trainer, and now primarily online, where my clients are consistently getting life-changing results.

But here’s the truth: my approach is not what you’ll find in typical diet culture or mainstream fitness advice.
I don’t believe in rigid meal plans, restrictive diets, or cutting out your favorite foods. I do believe in understanding your body, learning the principles that truly work, and building habits that you can sustain—not just for 30 days, but for life.
Why? Because I’ve been through the hard stuff myself.
I spent years overtraining, obsessing over food, and living in a cycle of restriction and burnout (on the left). It wasn’t until I discovered the exact strategies I teach in this Vault—like smart strength training, flexible nutrition, and nervous system regulation—that everything finally clicked (on the right).

And in between those years? There was a period of significant weight gain when I was eating without having any education on how to actually eat right to support my body.
